Contest Rules

The winner of the contest will have his/her story recorded online or in-studio whch will be available at https://www.specificallyforseniors.com/p/your-story.

1. You must be 65 years or oder to participate

2. The story can be only 5 minutes long and must be approved by Specifically for Seniors for appropriateness. Specificaly for Seniors reserves the right to determine which stories are appropriate. 

3. Winning the contest does not guarantee that the winner's story will be accepted as appropriate.

4. A new contest will appear each time a new podcast drops and will be available for 7 days after podcast drops. After 7 days from the drop announcement, that week's contest ends.

4. Winners may appear only once on https://www.specificallyforseniors.com/p/your-story/

5. Contests may appear either by announcement on the podcast itself, or in the podcast newsletter/announcement of drop or both.
